Conference Call Postponed

I need to postpone conference call.  I have a last minute meeting in Westlake Wednesday and Thursday.  I'll be in the air flying during the time our Tuesday call was scheduled.  Which would be best?  Wednesday or Thursday of this week?  If we do it Wednesday, I may be able to be somewhere in person. Either way, I just can't do it tomorrow.

SoCal Ragnar Conference Call, Feb 28th 9pm PST

3. Drivers (AnneMarie and Derek seem to be the only volunteers willing to drive us.  Are you really comfortable with that?)

8. Photos and video (yep, we should nominate John again)

SoCal Ragnar Conference Call

I'd like to propose a meeting to discuss all things SoCal Ragnar so that we can ensure we are appropriately organized and some of our newbies can get a flavor of what is coming up.

Please let me know which of the following two times work best for people.  If none of these work, then propose a time that might be best.  Ideally, everyone should be on this conference call.

Two months away.  I thought we all might need a little bit of motivation and excitement.

Van Pick Up Plan

I called today to confirm the van reservations and pick up times.
Here is the plan.  Van 1 will pick up their van Thursday night at 8pm.  Van 2 will pick up their van at 7:30am on the way to the start on Friday morning.
Here are the particulars:

Same place as last year (near the McDonalds next to LAX).

Cost is $99 per day.
I am having them pull the last seat out of the van.  This way there will be 11 seats and plenty of storage in the back.

Ragnar Pace Check

On March 5th, I will be able to select our top three start times.  It is important that our estimated 10K pace is accurate before then.  Please double check the pace you put into your Ragnar profile.

Dave and I decided to switch, so I'm #7 and Dave is #12 now on the spreadsheet.

Dole Sponsorship

Good news.  I finally have approval for a Dole sponsorship of our SoCal Ragnar team.  They will cover the cost of our registration and our team shirts.  Hooray for that.  I now need to work with Ragnar to try to get them to invoice Dole then I can either have the amount I paid for registration way back in May 2011 to either be reimbursed back to me or moved to the Napa Valley Ragnar team I'm trying to put together.  I need shirt sizes from people.  Please let me know.  They will be technical shirts similar to what we had last year.  Nikki, do you really hate technical shirts that badly?
For the few of you that have paid for your registration fee already, I'll keep it to offset the cost of the van, gas, etc.  It should be close to a wash, but thanks for paying ahead.
