Saturday run 7/28

7am meet at Rite Aid on the corner of Spring and Tierra Rejada, but not in front of the store, up the parking lot by the kid care center. We will run the figure 8 loop. If anyone is interested, Tom and I will be adding an extra 3 miles to the end of the run. The first loop is 2.5 miles, the second adds 3.5, the third adds another 3. So you can run 2.5, 6, or 9 miles tomorrow. Options for all...

saturday morning run, 7/14

let's do the wash for tomorrow's run. meet sort of at the corner of l.a. and spring, in the parking lot across the street from the 7-11. park in front of the nail salon, next to troop real estate office. meeting time is 7:30 tomorrow. get to sleep in 30 minutes extra.
