My nephew told me to check this relay out - the Red Rock Relay in S. UT. It looks fantastic! They have two different courses, one in Moab in May and the other in Zion in Sept. I am definitely going to run this sometime, my only concern is the altitude. How to train for altitude when we live here in Cali?
